Haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza got quite some time. Fun fact: I used to work at a Pizza Hut! Anyway, we got curbside pickup on Friday 9/23. Ordered online & I think their app is fantastic! Easy to use & when I was done & ordered it gave me a button to click that said ‘I’m here’ but when I arrived there are no designated curbside pickup parking spots. & when I hit ‘I’m here’ it gave me a phone number to call. So that was kinda a disaster because it’s Friday night & now I have to call. Got put on hold for a while then couldn’t hear when they answered it was so loud in the restaurant. Told her I was there to get a curbside pick up. She took my name & said she’d be right out. She wasn’t right out. She called back & asked my name again & what car I was in (but I had put all this into my order) Pizzas were typical Pizza Hut, I always wish they would put more toppings on & I did order one thin crust which was over done. We got regular breadsticks & cheese breadsticks, the cheese on the cheese breadsticks was barely there, they didn’t look anything like the picture.

I came here to pick up a pizza I had ordered online and the place was busy. Still the person up front had a great attitude and did not appear flustered. He was also very polite. The pizza was delicious and I will order from this location again in the future.

OMG! REBECCA IS THE BEST! I made an online order and I called immediately to have them drop my wings extra time and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone but when I arrived at the store, Rebecca looked out for me and dropped fresh wings for me and cook them extra time for me. She is the best! Great customer service from Rebecca! I will most definitely be coming back thanks to her! Thank you, Rebecca! You are the best!

Brittany the manager was amazing at fixing my order, she didn’t have an attitude like she hates her job. I love that she tried to get in contact with the GM but was unsuccessful. I physically couldn’t get to Pizza Hut so she sent out a replacement order for me and I am beyond grateful. She has no idea how she made my boys night with the correct pizza to continue our Halloween extravaganza since I’m on bedrest and can’t take them out tomorrow night. Above and beyond.

I received one of the best pizza hut experiences from this store. When I came to pick up my pizza it wasn't to my satisfaction, and MICHAEL said OK we will make it over for you no problem. Now this might seem like nothing but, the pizza hut in my area sucks really bad and wouldn't do that they have the worst employees. Anyway, when I received the second pizza it was definitely to my satisfaction. This was my second time dealing with MICHAEL and he is always so friendly and delivers great customer service. Thanks, Michael!!
